"In the Spring of 2017, I graduated Pre-Medicine from The College of William & Mary and moved to Lynchburg to apply to physician assistant school. Wanting a hands-on role, I found the EMT program at CVCC, where I obtained my EMT certification and completed the Paramedic program. The more I learned about Emergency Medicine, the more I wanted to do. I now work both in the Emergency Department and for Amherst County Public Safety as a paramedic."
