"Thank you very much for all that you have done to assist me in applying for various benefits such as the SNAP EBT program, heating assistance, health care, etc. Not only have you been incredibly diligent and helpful in making sure I have applied to these programs so that I may take advantage of all resources available to me, but you have also helped answer any questions beyond the application process and followed up to ensure I began receiving the benefits. All these benefits I have started to receive have facilitated an environment in my life where I am able to move past questions like the following: “Where will my next meal come from?”, “What happens if I get sick?”, and, “How will I fill up my car with gas?” In doing so, I find myself much more available to focus on my schoolwork."
