Directions for Sexual Violence Awareness & Prevention Training for College Students

Central Virginia Community College has collaborated with the college’s Title IX office and is seeking to improve campus safety and awareness through the required completion of the Sexual Violence & Prevention workshop.  

This program will cover topics ranging from consent to sexual misconduct.  By viewing this presentation you will not only become more knowledgeable, but also better equipped to provide guidance and resources to those in need.

  • If applicable, select the Sexual Violence & Prevention Training for College Students module
  • Access the workshop by using your CVCC username and password
  • Watch the video, take the Knowledge Check, complete the evaluation, and secure your certificate
  • It’s that simple.

 
Other Important Information:

  • You will need internet access and audio capabilities.
  • To avoid technical issues, please use any current, major web browser released within the last two years.
  • If you are participating in this workshop as part of a class assignment please know your instructor’s requirements before beginning.
  • The evaluation you complete will help personalize your experience and measure students’ attitudes and behaviors.  All survey responses are confidential; CVCC will only receive information about the student body as a whole and will never see individual students’ answers.
