As a service to students and to the community, Central Virginia Community College maintains a staff of navigators and academic advisors on the main campus and at the off-site centers who assist students in making decisions regarding their educational, vocational, and career plans. Advising Services also provides resources regarding academic, career, transfer, and college success services.
Upon faculty or staff identification of a student with emotional, financial, health, family or similar issues, the faculty or staff member should refer the student to CVCC Advising Services via phone at 434-832-7800 or email at advisingservices@centralvirginia.edu.
