Public bulletin boards are provided to share relevant and appropriate information with the campus community, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors. These boards promote communication, engagement, and awareness of campus and community events.

The Office of Student Life is responsible for managing public bulletin boards and ensuring compliance with posting standards. Departmental and faculty/staff bulletin boards are managed by the respective departments and should follow the same content guidelines.

Public bulletin boards are clearly marked and located throughout the campus. Departmental and faculty/staff boards are not for public use and are managed independently. Items posted in unauthorized locations are subject to removal without notice.
