Explore Our 60th Anniversary
While the festivities have concluded, the stories and memories live on. Explore our commemorative 60th anniversary magazine and photo album to revisit the celebration and discover the people and moments that have shaped six decades of educational opportunity in Central Virginia.
For 60 years, Central Virginia Community College has been a place where opportunity begins, lives are transformed, and our community comes together.
On October 23–24, 2026, we celebrated this milestone with students, alumni, employees, retirees, and community partners who have helped shape CVCC's story. From reconnecting with old friends to celebrating new possibilities, our 60th anniversary was a reflection of the people, partnerships, and shared experiences that make CVCC special.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this celebration memorable!
