Activities with a defined outcome in business and in life are projects and have the same phases: Planning; Mobilization; Execution; Demobilization and Reporting. Each project differs by the number of detailed steps applied driven by its complexity. Not all projects are created equally! Our goal is to communicate with the student the Project Management process (phase development), language and readily available “free references” (ref. Real Life, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Project Management Institute, International Council of Systems Engineers etc.) used in project design and management. We explore how to develop and apply the tools (communicate, communicate communicate) necessary to survive and excel at your projects. NO Plan is a Plan to Fail.
