Friends, students, and staff of CVCC and the community are invited to join in this fun and relaxing course. Our lives can get hectic with schedules filled with professional personal responsibilities. Prepare to get out of your head and onto your mat. Learn whole breathing techniques and focusing on the entire body. Hit refresh, take a Yoga lunch break, and you will absolutely feel more productive and amazing.
Participants will not get sweaty as the pace will be slow and steady. Class exercises are suggestions. All participants are asked to listen to their bodies and obtain medical guidance as deemed appropriate.
