Who is this for?

This series of workshops are for those who want to stand out amongst the competition for the job, and for those who wish to quickly advance in their job once they have their foot in the door.  Since great soft skills lead to advancement and promotion, the development & improvement of these skills will produce great employees as opposed to those who punch in and earn money simply to pay the bills.  This is for those who could use motivation and self-confidence.

What will you learn?

This series is a compilation of 8 specific soft skills that are most in demand by employers.  They include the following topics:  Creative problem solving, communication, time management, goal setting, work ethic, teamwork/collaboration, adaptability/flexibility/change management, & leadership development.  Each topic is it’s own 2 hour workshop, and it digs deeply into the definition and concept, as well as teaches principles that help you become a great employee from the moment that you interview for the job.  The workshops make the concepts easy to understand.  Each workshop is full of models and formulas that lead to overall betterment, which in turn will lead to advancement and promotion on the job. They are a MUST!
