Simple Steps to Enroll
  1. Login to myCVCC
  2. Click VCCS SIS
  3. From the Self Service page, click on Student Center
  4. Under Finances, click on Apply for TMS Payment Plan (Make sure your pop up blockers are turned off)

Our Tuition Management System (TMS)/Nelnet allows you to spread the cost over multiple payments depending upon the plan you choose.

  • Students can begin to enroll for payment plans for Spring 2021 on November 2, 2020.

  • Payments can be made via Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) or Credit card/debit card (Discover, Mastercard, Amex, Visa)
  • Payments are processed on the 16th of the month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
  • If a credit card is used, a service fee of 2.5% will be assessed on each transaction.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Plans will cancel after one missed Payment.
  • Students whose plan is cancelled cannot re-instate their account or sign up for a payment plan again within the same term.
