Courses and class schedules are subject to change
Cancellation Policies

CVCC reserves the right to cancel any classes which do not have sufficient registration or for other reasons that arise in the course of business. Any classes offered by CVCC, whether on campus or off site, will be canceled due to inclement weather when CVCC is closed.

You are encouraged to register for all classes at least seven (7) days before the first scheduled class date. Late registrations may be possible depending on factors such as space availability, purchasing, etc. If your plans change, Workforce Solutions must be notified at 434-832-7607 at least three (3) business days before the first schedule class date. You then will have the option to transfer to another upcoming class within the same semester or receive a refund. If you fail to contact the Workforce office at least three (3) business days before the first scheduled class date, the full cost of the class, including any books, materials or other items that were part of the cost of the class, will be forfeited. Specific programs may have alternative refund policies. Contact the program coordinator for details.

Financial Aid

Workforce Credential Grant (WCG) and FANTIC funds are limited, and availability of reduced tuition costs are contingent upon the allocation and availability of state or federal funds for each program.
