Central Virginia Community College, in partnership with the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) and the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), is offering this 80-hour class that includes classroom sessions, hands-on learning, and an online component. Students that complete the program will be eligible to sit for the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) Certification Exam.

Full Tuition: $1,950 (without financial aid option)
Financial Aid Options Available: Workforce Credentials Grant (WCG) – Student must meet Virginia Domicile criteria. Cost reduced to $650 Financial Aid for Noncredit Training leading to Industry Credential (FANTIC) – Funding based on income limits. Cost reduced to $65 Tobacco Commission - Students that meet Virginia Domicile criteria and live in a county or city eligible for funding through the Tobacco Commission. Cost reduced to $325 Other: Additional resources are available through Community Partners. Cost reduced to $0.
