The lower division general education Language and Culture, Information Literacy and Research and Impact of Technology requirement will be satisfied by completion of all courses outlined in this program agreement.

Completion of this articulation agreement alone does not guarantee admission to Old Dominion University or the Health Sciences degree program. All students must meet the requirements set by the Office of Admissions, the Guaranteed Admissions Agreement (GAA) and the Health Sciences degree program. Students should visit the College of Health Sciences website to review instructions for applying to the Health Sciences program. In order to qualify for BSHS at Old Dominion University, student must qualify through licensure, registration or certification and have at least one year of experience in profession.
Students must complete CHP 368, at least one of the writing intensive courses CHP 415W or 430W with a C or better, and three additional three-credit CHP courses or related courses with permission of the director.
** Student may use additional transfer credits to reach 120 credit requirement necessary for graduation
