CVCC Student Remote Learning Guide

In order to protect our community against the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, CVCC is suspending all face-to-face classes and student services until further notice. Students will need to continue their coursework online.  
What should students do?  

First, log-in to myCVCC to access your Canvas courses. 

  1. Next, click on “myCVCC” in the upper right corner of the CVCC website
  2. Log on with your username and password
  3. To look up your username and create or reset your password click on this link.
  4. Once you log on, you can access your Canvas courses (by clicking on the Canvas tile), your E-mail, or access the Student Information System. 

If your Canvas course is not visible, it could mean that your instructor has not published it yet. Be sure to check your e-mail to see if your instructor has sent you a message.  

Check your student e-mail by clicking on the G-Mail tile.  Your instructor may have sent instructions via e-mail.  If you cannot find your course or a message from your instructor, please contact your instructor first.
