Social Science electives should be selected based on the student’s desired transfer institution. Dual enrolled students will enroll in PLS 135-136.

BIO 141 has a developmental course pre-requisite of NAS 2. Students can take NAS 2, take the NAS 2 challenge exam, or take BIO 101. See your counselor for details. Dual enrollment students should talk to their high school guidance office or program director.

Degree-seeking students should complete a HIS elective for this Social Science elective.

Students must complete 3 credits from one of the three areas but may not be from the same area as course #11.  Students who choose a Literature Elective must have completed ENG 112 prior to enrollment.

Math electives should be selected based on the student’s desired transfer institution.  MTH 111, 130, or 131 cannot be used to fulfill this requirement.

Students who have not completed a HIS elective for one of the Social Sciences courses must do so to fulfill degree requirements.

Students should confer with their intended transfer institution to determine appropriate transfer electives.
