Small businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the Commonwealth affected by the COVID-19 public health crisis can now apply for low-interest federal disaster loans of up to $2 million from the SBA to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable, and other expenses. Single Stop, a national nonprofit that helps connect individuals to benefits and resources, has made its benefits screening technology available to Virginia residents for free. Individuals who may have been impacted financially due to COVID-19 may be eligible for benefits or other resources.

Coming soon, customers with metered data plans will receive unlimited data per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost. Sprint will provide customers with an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot data per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost. While the call center number is still functioning, the wait times are higher than normal at this time due to call volume. The filing website is mobile friendly and can be accessed from smart phones.
